New Employees in DesignLink Suzhou
Getting involved early in the product development process and working closely with our customers' own engineers, we can assist our customers in producing at lowest feasible cost and as rapidly and efficiently as possible to minimise time to market. Furthermore, we play an important proactive role towards our customers as regards product improvements.
As informed in our last newsletter BB Electronics has in the end of 2009 integrated DesignLink and Product Engineering (PE) in order to further develop the customer service.
In our Chinese factory in Suzhou we have strengthened the NPI part further and employed specialists within electronics and mechanics to support our customers.
The employees are:
Senior Mechanical Engineer
Mr. Paul Wang has started as Senior Mechanical Engineer in DesignLink. Paul has a long experience in injection mould plastic parts and sheet metal parts and has a broad association with the industry in China. Paul's previous job was Senior Mechanical Designer at Honeywell Scan & Mobility design centre and before that at Philips and ASUS.
His mainly work will be advising and product optimisation for our customers within the plastics and mechanics area, but also to work as Project Manager as regards new projects. Paul will of course also support the whole organisation with his knowledge.
Senior Electronic Engineer
Mr. Zhang Li You will start on 1st February as Senior Electronic Engineer in DesignLink. Zhang has a long experience in production of PCBA and a very good experience in process optimisation and improvement. He also has a great knowledge as regards design for Six sigma. Zang's previous job was as Process Engineer at Harman/Becker Automotive Electronics and before that at Solectron and Delta.
His mainly work will be advising and product optimisation for our customers and to make DFM analyses of new products in order for us to support our customers with Design for Manufacturing. He will also be working as Project Manger on new projects in DesignLink.
