BB has developed a Customer Loyalty Programme including monthly reports with several financial KPIs. Sharing the KPI’s allow our customers to have a frequent update on key financial figures as well as performance indicators supporting our “No surprise” approach. Evaluation of trends and facts enable us to obtain a close dialog with our customers e.g. to decide if another logistic model supports our customers total supply chain better.
